I have been using another anti-Spyware - Spyware Doctor and and observed that it catches more spys on my system than Iolo Internet Security. I recommend using this along with another Anti-Spyware software for better Anti-Spyware management on your system. I am not an expert to comment on this but as a common user I rate it as average.
