5 of 5 Great price/performance Tuesday, April 10, 2007
A Customer from California

Great product! The package comes with everything you need to use with things other than the iPod. I connected it to my TV and it works great. The headphones can pair with multiple hosts, so I use them for Skype on my computer. The only negatives (and I am being pretty picky, given the price) is that the microphone sounds a bit muffled, as reported by the people I talk to. Also, the connection is choppy while moving, but far superior to my 900MHz wireless headphones.

4 of 5 Great value, but doesn't work with new iPods ! Monday, April 09, 2007
Andy from Denver, CO
This headset is a great value for the price. It is comfortable, the wireless works very well, the sound quality is acceptable, but there is one problem. The transmitter was designed to fit into first generation iPods, and does not work with new iPods. There is a short extension cable supplied that will allow you to plug in the audio, but the track control features do NOT work because it's the wrong interface for the iPod. Still a great deal.

4 of 5 Work in most common cases Wednesday, April 04, 2007
A Customer from Dallas,TX
Here is what works and what not for me: 1. Works with bluetooth enabled computers as headphone. The detachable mic does not work. 2. Works with Palm Treo 700 as headset for phone calls. Does not work with the music player. May work with additional software package. 3. Works with IM ip phones as head set but the mic does not work. Overall, it is usable. It is better for music than phone calls since people at the other end may complain about the voice quality.

2 of 5 doesn't work with Treo 750 Wednesday, April 04, 2007
eljeffe59 from Arroyo Grande, CA
Works fine with iPod mini, except when incoming calls interupt the music, it won't start again when you hang up without re-initializing the iPod'd bluetooth dongle. People complain about the sound quality from the microphone during phone calls. When playing music with the Treo 750, it has frequent sound glitches. the sound quality from the Treo is also poor compared to what you get from the iPod. the headphones also dig into the back of your neck.

5 of 5 Great Solution Monday, March 05, 2007
Curt from Cincinnati, Ohio
I use a portable MP3 player a lot and use it even more now with the IOGEAR wireless Bluetooth Headphones. First, a rough start as the headset stopped working after a day. I contacted Customer Service (very easy and helpful) and obtained a replacement via RMA. I asked the rep if these failed often and he said not. After that, nothing but smooth sailing so I am inclined to agree with him. The kit is very comprehensive, including many extra compoments for a variety of applications- an incredible value for the money. I like this unit so much, in fact, that I bought a second. Travel is tough on electronics and when I trash the first unit I will have a back-up. This unit is especially convenient when using with an MP3 player with a Silicone "skin", as the dongle can be slid under the stretched "skin" and becomes integrated with the player. Buy one and be freed from the hassle of wired entertainment!

3 of 5 Battery mars otherwise great headphones Monday, February 19, 2007
Billy Wittenberg from Houston, Texas
The battery in the headphones died within a week and a half. Other than that I was pretty happy with them. They are reasonably comfortable and the sound is good enough for a non-audiophile like me (I used it only for listening to music on the computer). Once you go wireless you can never go back. Hopefully Iogear will get me another pair quickly.

4 of 5 At least it's quiet Monday, January 29, 2007
summitflm from Saint Augustine, Florida
These headphones do something none of my wireless phones ever did: They are quiet when not getting a signal. They have a limited range- a couple of rooms-but are dependable within it. They are decent quality and a good value for the money.

4 of 5 IOGear Bluetooth headset Friday, January 26, 2007
Bill Mc from Kokomo, IN
I have bought 4 of these units. Things I like: Has a plug-in mic for use with cell phones... works fine Rugged construction compared to other similar sets Comes with an adapter to plug into large stereo jacks. Syncs up fast. Great sound quality. Better range than other bluetooth units that I have bought. Cables are rugged and well made. Things to be aware of: Does not fit new "video" IPODS without using the adapter cable. Has a circuit boad plug that protrudes from the sending unit that plugs into older IPODS. On a couple of occasions there have been problems getting 2 of my 4 units to recharge properly. The other units hold charges for days with no issue. The jury is still out on the battery system reliability. Overall... good units.

4 of 5 Pretty Good Thursday, January 25, 2007
Tee Jay from Tempe, AZ
The headphones are excellent as far as sound quality is concerned. They are compatible with everything that i have used including my cell ph, laptop etc. The only drawback is the comfort, you cannot wear them for more than 30-40 mins max, after that your ears hurt real bad.

4 of 5 Ok first foray into BT stereo headphones Tuesday, January 09, 2007
A Customer from phila, pa
Got these a few months ago and the first unit was very buggy, cutting in and out every 10 secs no matter what I connected it to. Second unit has been working fine. This kit comes with everything you need to connect to any 3.5mm stereo port and RCA jacks too. Works fine for gaming on my pc and Ipod. Does not seem to get along very well with my LG cu500 as either headset or headphones. Works well enough with the included transmitter for iPod, PC, etc. Sound quality is ok with minimal drops in transmission, seems to work better if you set the ipod and transmitter on a stable surface vs. putting it in your pocket. A versatile kit that proves BT headphone technology at a good value.

2 of 5 Goldilocks 2 Tuesday, January 09, 2007
Dr Mky from Union, KY
Okay...so I quess they can't have something to fit everyone. My headset clamps the back of my head so tight I can only wear them for 10 mins tops...it seems like a great product, good quality, but I'm going to try and heat the headband to reshape it a little in back..Great stereo sound from the headsets from my laptop, and from my Cellphone. I have a Motorola SLVR L7 and it will connect and work as a bluetooth headset, I hear everyone great, but everyone complains about how my voice sounds, I've tried moving the boom mic all over, havent found a way to resolve it yet...to listen to music from my phone I have to plug in my headset adapter to the IOGear bluetooth transmitter, so not as seemless on that transfer, but it's phone limitation I believe, not the fault of this device.

4 of 5 Dual Purpose Electronics Wednesday, December 27, 2006
drboyd from Grand Haven, MI
So far I am quite pleased with the ease of use of this device. The set-up was simple and straight forward. I have tested it to make certain it works as well as I expected it to work because the primary user will be my wife and she hates to struggle with ne equipment. I think we will be very happy with this purchase.

5 of 5 A Perfect Wireless Headset.. Wednesday, December 20, 2006
Renjith from Danbury, CT
This is a perfect model which you can expect from a wireless headset.. the design consideration is too good.. Sound quality is excellent and the wireless range is abt 30meters which is good enough for indoor. In order to make use of the Headphone, the transmitter provided with headphone is enough. But inorder to fully utilize the features of this Kit (such as mic) it needs BT enabled devices such as a PC or a cell phone. Control buttons in Headset for changing the track of songs can only be used with Bluetooth enabled devices like a PC. You need BT softwares like IVT to be installed in PC for availing these controls. The microphone in the headset is detatchable, which adds more comfort for those who need not use mic. In order to make use of the mic, you need a Blue tooth receiving device like a computer or BT enabled phone, because the Wireless Headset comes only with a BT transmitter. If you are using the Headset/mic with BT enabled computer, then softwares like IVT is required on your system, which helps you in changing the track while listening to music, attending a VOIP phone call, all using the controls in the headset. The headset charger is compatible with 110-240V and hence can be used outside US also. The charger adaptor also supports both types of plug points. The charger comes with a USB adaptor also, which looks convenient to be charged from PC/laptop (I haven't tried yet from PC/laptop).

4 of 5 Wireless headset - one size does not fit all Tuesday, October 10, 2006
A Customer from Roxbury, MA
The IOGEAR wireless bluetooth headset provides ease of use, an ok sound quality and comfortable headsets. The only negative is that they are way too big at their smallest setting. I have tried on several other behind the neck headsets since purchacing these and found several pairs with a more snug fit.

If you are using any VOIP services you can use this head set to talk wireless from your computer.
