I purchased this as an Easter gift for my kids. So, when we opened it, we were quite disappointed to find it was defective. Screen works, but makes a rattling sound when moved. It sounds like something is broken inside. I thought the packaging looked like the screen might have been opened before and repackaged. Even more disappointing is Buy.com's 14 day return policy even on defective items. Buy.com was quickly becoming one of my favorite places to shop online. But, no more. I definitely WILL NOT BUY any gifts from here.
