5 of 5 Excellent little charger Wednesday, December 31, 2008 CMB from Bethany, CT
I've not encountered the problems mentioned by a couple of reviewers. My KLIC-8000 battery pack fits snugly into this charger and I plug it right into a wall outlet. Charges quickly.

I've only been using this charger for 2 weeks or so. Works well, and charges the KLIC-8000 compatible batteries (also bought from Buy.com) in less than 3 hours. The charger is small and has a fold in plug, so it fits easily in my camera bag. I have not had the same problem as the other reviewer regarding the battery not staying in the charger when in a vertical outlet. My batteries friction fit very snugly, and I don't anticipate it becoming a problem at all.
Service (shipping) was extremely quick (only 2 or 3 days total). The price was extremely good, too. I would definitely recommend this charger (and the batteries I purchased) to anyone. And shopping on Buy.com was easy, quick, and inexpensive. Was this review helpful?
4 of 5 Poor design, but it gets the job done. Sunday, August 31, 2008 A Customer from Orlando, Florida
Overall this charger is fine. It charged the battery for my Kodak Easyshare very quickly. However, the charger would not keep the battery locked in place no matter what angle i put it at, and I had to use a rubber band to hold it in place. Once I did that I have not had a problem. It's small. Of course, that could be a good thing. It charged the KLIC-8000 compatible battery I bought. The lights worked. But be aware: it uses a fold-out plug. I tried plugging it into a wall socket and found that when the charger is vertical the battery would not remain in an attitude in which it could be charged. I'd have to tape it in or something. IE, you have to plug this charger into a HORIZONTAL socket. I have a plethora of power strips, so no problem. Was this review helpful?
