Don't know why others down rated this, very simple and quick to use, just ignore the internal utilities and use your own computer or plug in your own card. Instant slide show. Sharp, bright. Big Feature: Like most other displays on newer monitors and TVs, this comes with a shiny, reflective glass front. Very difficult to see due to reflections. However, just pop off the frame, remove the piece of glass and....wallah...you have a nice matte display viewable in most any light. The manual is full of dumb consumer stuff, but here's what you need to know: With the USB cable, it looks like a drive, so plug it into your Mac or PC and the internal flash memory mounts. If your camera card is in the unit, it mounts as well, so you can move files between its internal and card memory, or download to either (or upload). How simple is that? Oh, it takes any resolution file size without conversion and the thing instantly displays the image full screen. Forget about all the included dumb eye candy zig zag transitions, the dissolve or cut work nicely, fast and with no artifacts. Final feature: The display is a sharp 800x600, 4:3 display, just like your camera picture, so you don't have those wasted black bands on either side. In short, really slick! Was this review helpful?
