The music is very much in the background, helping to add to the introspective if often inscrutable atmosphere. Dalachinsky's works are difficult to completely comprehend but fortunately his words are reproduced in the CD's liner notes. His gentle and quiet voice makes the words fairly accessible even if it takes several readings to figure out what he is talking about much of the time!
