I ordered this product thinking that it is new, obviously the deal was great for that price. When I received it I found it to be a recertified/used piece. It clearly showed signs of rough usage, it had scratches all over the place. I bought this for my father obviously I can't give this to him. I have sent the item for return/replacement let's see what happens...
Worst thing about BUY.COM, you cannot talk to a real human being explaining your situation. You have to just depend on emails. Was this review helpful?

This was an awesome deal for a wireless bundle. However, the great deal is completely ruined when 50% of the bundled product does not function properly.
If you have any typing skills at all, you will refuse to use this keyboard due to it's unresponsiveness. I'm led to believe that these were a lot of dysfunctional returns, because 1. the keyboard doesn't work and 2. I'm missing the warranty card and the 4 AA batteries the package says is supposed to be included inside.
I shall try the HP 1800# on the box, if that doesn't work, I'll be returning this. Was this review helpful?

The keyboard does not work very well. It is a problem with the receiver. Even when keep the receiver right next to the keyboard it misses many a times when I type fast and there is also a significant lag. Mouse is decent, no problems with that. Was this review helpful?
