In general, I like the HP 2207 widescreen monitor very much. The only complaint that I have so far is that it is much brighter than my previous monitor and it is taking some getting used to. I have tried dimming it a bit with the brightness controls, but the monitor objects to any permanent changes to it's settings. I am looking forward to using this monitor for photo editing so I hope that I can resolve this issue soon. Otherwise it is great and I really like the additional benefits of the wide screen. Very pleased! Purchased this as a High Definition TV Monitor.
The stand is heavy duty and very well made. Raises and lowers easily and I was genuinely surprised with the exceptional quality of this entire Monitor and stand. They even INCLUDED an HDMI cable, and that too is exceptional. For the price, I certainly am glad I chose to buy this monitor. PERFECT in every way! I purchased this for my daughter's bedroom but now I wish I had one for myself too, it's that nice... Was this review helpful?
