I purchased this to replace an older Dell AIO in a home office. Thus far all the users are pleased. The printer is very fast and scans are much better than our previous AIO. The use of separate ink cartridges for each color is a big bonus as we typically run down one color long before the others.
I read a number of complaints about the noise of this printer and -- while it is a bit noisy -- it is not obtrusive in our environment and is very acceptable given the price and print speed.
I really like the web management interface that includes the ability to scan without installing software on the target computer -- a very convenient feature. (It would be nice if the web interface included the option download the printer software to a host computer, but I've not seen this on any printer.) Was this review helpful?

Pros: Very Fast printer overall. Feels and looks and runs solid. No problems encountered in first 7 months of ownership.
Cons: Ink not waterproof. Could have larger menu screen. Double sided prints are slow to print
The L7680 is the fastest inkjet I have ever used. It can print documents or web pages extremely fast. Note: Photos printed in normal fast mode have lines, BUT, this printer can print photos on photo paper perfectly if you use the included hp photosmart software and choose "borderless" printing. In this mode the printer will slow down and very carefully print a photo without any lines in it or any observable defects. This is only a 4 color printer, but I was none-the-less very impressed with the quality of the photos it printed. The ability to use the copier without turning on the computer is nice. Multifuction-fax,scanner, copier, saves alot of desk space. It has only jammed once in 7 months of use, and the jam was easy to clear. Was this review helpful?

Our new HP OFFICEJET PRO L7680 Color All In One Printer/ Fax/ Scanner/ Copier works as well as we had hoped!! It does everything as advertized which is really great when thinking about how computer equipment and software normally operate!
Buying online from Buy.com was easy, very cost-effective and our printer was delivered on-time. The price paid for the printer was the best available on-line when considering all factors including shipping (no charge). We are very pleased with our decision to buy HP and from Buy.com!! A very good printer. This is the second HP Scan, FAX and Print printer I've owned. The set-up is very good, and the print quality is terrific even in fast mode. I like that a person can go to the printer's IP to access the web based user interface for remote scanning and printer configuration. What this means is that I don't need to load any more software than printer drivers to use this printer on my network. I have not had the paper jam issues other users have, yet I use 32lb paper. Mind you, I purchased this item for my home use, so I cannot judge how it would stand up in a commercial office environment. However, for my personal use, it was very easy to set-up, is exceedingly fast, and provides very acceptable copies and scans. I suspect the people that complained about it not working correctly on initial set-up need to spend a little time carefully reading the manual. Was this review helpful?

The L7680 was a snap to connect up and use. The quick setup steps were easy to follow. I later reviewed the manual and found it not very informing as the past manuals I received with my HP Laserjet and Diskjet. Delivery was 3 days after the order was placed. Was this review helpful?
