I have purchased 3 of of these for clients and they are completely
satisfied with speed reliability and longevity of ink toner cartridge. These printers are used as network printers and are heavily used. I would recommend this printer to anyone who is looking for worry free printing. Was this review helpful?

I like it very much. I find the first page print to be very fast. I do not like the manual feed; you have to press the button on each print job to tell it you have loaded the stock in the bypass tray. Was this review helpful?

I would recommend this printer to anyone looking for a fast and low cost network capable printer. I purchased it to replace an aging HP 1100 Laser Jet printer. The P1505n has a little foot print -- which I like – and is MUCH faster and handles paper better (flat paper tray).
It is NOT the quietest printer when it starts up --- issuing rather loud whirring sounds compared by my older HP printer. But given the speed and cost, that is acceptable.
Network setup was easy, once I inserted the supplied CD in every PC on my home network and let the program do the work. I am sure it is possible to install the printer driver separately, but I was having trouble going that route (I forget just what the problem was with that approach).
The box was missing the instruction manual and easy setup document. The printer looked untampered with -- all the original packing tapes were perfectly in place.
When I asked Buy.com to get those missing items for me, I received an email saying I must contact HP myself or return the printer to them. As I needed the printer that day, a return was an option I found appealing. I really think that Buy.com should have contacted HP on my behalf for the missing items.
I found PDFs at the HP web site so chose to not protest further.
