Installed in a 7 user/computer office with high printer and outbound fax use. Easy installation and setup, multi-user and multi-tasking easy and efficient. For initial installation I would suggest 2 persons because of weight/size. Fast printing, printer on-screen menu can be a little confusing until you get used to it. A real workhorse,highly recommended.
