The 2490 is a neat, compact device, conveniently smaller than previous iPAQs I've owned and the new operating system is swell... you can save files from the internet and other nice features. Only problem is significantly lower display quality than previous models, eg: the 4705. Screen is fine for most functions but for photographs you really see the difference.
