3 of 5 Don't buy until HP releases firmware update Thursday, February 21, 2008 A Customer from Mpls, MN
This phone has some strange quirks that need to be addressed by HP before you should buy this phone. HP released a firmware update for the Latin America version of the phone but has yet to do so for the North America version. If you want to use this phone for VoIP you should wait until the firmware is updated. A problem that exists is that the earpiece is inaudible when using VoIP. Another issue is connecting to certain WLAN APs. I can connect to a home router but cannot connect to our Cisco APs at work.
Wait until these issues get addressed!!! Was this review helpful?

4 of 5 Great Phone Tuesday, December 04, 2007 A Customer from Indianapolis, IN
This phone is easy to use, links to Outlook with easy and backs up to your computer everytime you plug it in to charge. A full keyboard would be nice but that will come on the 610 for a couple hundred more. Was this review helpful?
