| WARRANTY POLICE All merchandise carries a 90 day parts and labor warranty from date of receipt. Defective items will be repaired or replaced at CWI’s discretion. If the item can not be repaired or replaced within a reasonable time frame, the customer will be issued a refund for the purchase price of the item. Customer loaded software and data are not covered under warranty and are the sole responsibility of the user. Customer is responsible for freight costs on any return. CWI will cover freight costs back to the customer. The customer is responsible for properly packaging return items to protect against freight damage. The warranty will be void on items damaged in freight back to our facility.
Items not covered under warranty include but are not limited to: physical abuse, misuse, freight damage, and consumable items which include laptop batteries, ink cartridges, toner.
RETURN POLICY Returns for credit will be accepted for 14 days from the date of receipt. All returns carry a 15% restocking fee. Shipping is non refundable. Customer is responsible for freight on any return back to CWI. All returns must be shipped in the original packaging.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
• Customer must contact CWI at 908-684-0802 Extension 116 for a Return Material Authorized number (RMA) prior to return.
• The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box or the box will be refused.
• Returns must include all accessories that were received such as manuals, batteries, ink cartridges, etc. Missing accessories will be subject to a charge back fee.
• Return items must be received at CWI within seven business days of the RMA issue date.
