2 of 530s not a wise purchase. Friday, October 06, 2006 charge from Las Vegas, NV
Top line of the display difficult to read. Viewing angle of LCD is way too small (it's adjustable but still can only be read from a narrow angle no matter how you set the contrast).
The method of inputting equations is unconventional. It's not RPN, nor is it what you would expect with a TI or a Casio. Overall this calculator takes a long time to learn how to use even for simple functions, it's difficult to read the display under even ideal conditions, and it has a fold out (1 large page) owners manual that is in several languages. The instructions are incomplete and sketchy - be prepared ot experiment to figure out how to use many of the functions.
This calculator is a dissappointment. If you want an easy to use similar calculator buy the HP 9s (it's less expensive too).
