Sturdy construction. Nice weighting so it doesn't fly all over the place. It would be better if it was wireless, though.
I'd still highly recommend it to anyone playing fighting or arcade games on the 360. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 The only way to go Thursday, January 01, 2009 Chris from Springfield, Oregon
When Super Street Fighter II Turbo came on for XBLA I knew I'd need to upgrade my controller. I'm glad I did. Since then I've hooked it up to my computer for SFIII and a ton of other classic games. It handles perfectly, my only complaint being the square gate which hinders those rolling moves slightly. People complain about the buttons but I can figure out why, they work great. Bottom line for the price it's a steal. I bought 2. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Must own for any fighting game fan! Sunday, December 14, 2008 Ben from Indiana
Great quality arcade pad, more than makes up for the Xbox controller's terrible D-pad. Much better then a controller for games like Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo HD Remix! Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Exactly what I was looking for Friday, December 12, 2008 BigTimeD from Fort Lauderdale, FL
It is the best fighting stick for the price on the market right now. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Fantastic Fighting stick Monday, August 11, 2008 Kris from Las Vegas, NV
This is just about the best console specific arcade stick without spending hundreds of dollars.
Responsive joystick and responsive buttons. The only thing I didnt like was the slightly mushy buttons, but you get used to it.
Soul Calibur 4 is way better when using this stick. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Really good arcade stick Thursday, July 03, 2008 Satisfied Gamer from TX
It had been a long time since the day I wanted to buy a Hori arcade stick to play MAME with. In this past 1 year, I had been browsing the internet (including Play-Asia) for a Hori that is both good AND affordable. I was disappointed to see that either the stick itself is too expensive (HRAP2 or 3) and the shipment is too expensive (all those sites based on Hong Kong stores) OR cheap arcade stick but lousy reviews. Good thing is that I browsed on forums to see that Fighting EX2 is actually compatible with PC (Note: Please browse around the internet for this feature). I received the stick today, and so far it has been nothing short of my expectations. Everything is responsive and good. This stick is definitely a Hori that is reliable and affordable. Definitely a 5. Was this review helpful?
