Notes & Personnel Info |  | It would be easy to dismiss Haystak as just another in a long line of white-boy rappers trying to cash in on the success of Eminem. The husky Memphis rapper comes off as a Southern Cracker with mic skills, a pose that would later serve Bubba Sparxxx well with his 2001 hit "Ugly." Musically, Haystak country-fried Southern rap is indistinguishable from the dozens of other Southern artists who have gotten deals after the success of No Limit and Cash Money records. "Love You Like" and "Need It Get It" do show some signs of creativity, as does "Brother Like Me," a song that is part heartfelt apology and part sexual braggadocio. Haystak sounds like a host of other B-list Southern rappers and, depending on your perspective, that could be a good thing or a bad thing. Car Fulla White Boys shows that Haystak can hold his own with other Southern rappers, but he can't do anything original enough to break away from the pack.
