    I am very pleased with this unit. I bought it to listen to music, mainly jazz, although I do have it hooked up to my HDTV as well. I bought it with the Bridge II iPod accessory. It gives me high quality stereo using everything from a turntable to digital. I find the reproduction quality to be first rate. The sound is bright, much like live music. I have been going through my music collection and realizing how much I have been missing using my old receiver. This unit brings out the best in everything. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves music.

    I purchased this unit for a two room setup (only 1 rm setup for now). I have it run to a pair of Klipsch 4.5s. Sounds great. Some have commented on the bright sound. Hard to tell on the KGs as their horns sound that way already. Overall, I think it sounds balanced. There's quite enough power to drive the KGs LOUD (only when the kids and wife are out). Two (minor) wants: 1. Illuminated function buttons, and 2. more options for adjusting the bass/treble balance. Aside from that, I love it. Great purchase and a lot better quality than the Sony type stereo receivers. Unfortunately too many electronics makers are focused on home theater and have ignored those that actually like to listen to music for enjoyment.
