The vocals on tracks 9-16 are not performed by the original singer (Miley Cyrus).

Everything about the album makes it appear that the singer is actually Hannah Montana, but it is not. Only when you listen to the album or look at the lyric sheet that is sealed inside the DVD case do you find out this is not Hannah Montana singing the songs. Then if you attempt to return the item, you discover that buy.com won't allow a return on this item. I cannot see where that was mentioned when I purchased the item!
