The unit has a better look and FEEL than I had expected!
It has the added feature/function that it will tell me if my Intel iMac is in the sleep mode, or not. -This, as a result that there is a very nice soft (steady, no slow on/off in THIS mode) BLUE light that radiates from the base of the unit, when it is in use, as well as showing DIFFERENTLY in the sleep mode.(My iMac has no power light that normally goes on and of at a very slow rate, if the unit is asleep.) So, if my iMac is in sleep mode, I see the pleasingly slow fade-to-on, and fade-to-off (etc.) blue light! I LIKE it!
I have not investigated the PROGRAMMABLE functions too closely, but I really do appreciate these possibilities!
Bottom line: Looks good, feels nice to operate, and does all it was advertised to do! Was this review helpful?

This is a great little gadget. I really like using it as a volume control knob, but it also comes in handy for scrolling in safari or zooming in photoshop. Oh, and the glowing blue light underneath is pretty sweet! Was this review helpful?
