Although considered a joke band by some, Devo has proven to be one of the more musically valid bands from the new wave era, influencing many notables along the way (Trent Reznor, Henry Rollins, Kim Thayil, Kurt Cobain, etc.). | | Nearly an hour in length, GREATEST HITS contains nearly all of Devo's best tracks from over the years; "Girl U Want," "Satisfaction," "That's Good," "Through Being Cool," "Freedom of Choice," and of course, "Whip It." Also featured is a remarkable cover of "Working In The Coalmine" (previously only available on the HEAVY METAL SOUNDTRACK), plus such key album tracks as "Smart Patrol/Mr. DNA," "Gut Feeling" and "Gates of Steel."
