PBS MYSTERY! presents the first round of the acclaimed INSPECTOR LYNLEY MYSTERIES series based on the novels of Elizabeth George and produced by the BBC. Pairing upper-crust detective Inspector Lynley (Nathaniel Parker, FAR FROM THE MADDING CROWD) with his working-class partner Barbara Havers (Sharon Small, ABOUT A BOY), the series chronicles the Scotland Yard duo's efforts to crack difficult cases while coming to terms with each other's class differences. This first volume features the 2-part pilot episode, "A Great Deliverance," which introduces Lynley and Havers as they investigate a beheading on the Yorkshire moors.
