5 of 5 Great Bluetooth Device! Monday, May 04, 2009 MS from Northern NJ
It's easy to use, the audio is clear (both ways) and it comes with an adaptor for the car. It's magnetic, so you simply pull it down and charge it during the night by your console. It automatically seeks your phone when you flip it open, otherwise it remains off -- this is great when you want privacy. The minimal cost of the device coupled with the overall quality equals great value. I've recommended it already to several friends. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Simply The Best!!! Saturday, March 28, 2009 Inspector Clouseau from STEELER Country, PA
I use a cell phone quite a bit when I drive and especially while driving between appointments in my job. My family has always pointed out how badly I drive when I'm on the phone so I just knew I was an accident waiting to happen. I tried a bluetooth headset, but half the time I'd forget it or I would receive a call in the car then fumble around trying to put it on while driving. The Goldlantern solves ALL THOSE PROBLEMS!!! It's always there and you just need to push a button to answer or hang up on a call. It holds a charge for a LONG time so it doesn't need to be constantly plugged in. You keep both hands on the wheel and your eyes on the road. I bought one for my work phone & company car and another one for my personal phone & car. Would GLADLY recommend it to EVERYONE!!! 5 of 5 ALL I CAN SAY IS WOW! Thursday, March 26, 2009 Eduardo from Urbana, MD
This product is the best I have ever tried, I have tried so many others in my car and there was always something wrong with them, the quality was never as good as this one. This is the best Bluetooth speakerphone out there. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Surprisingly great product Monday, January 26, 2009 HB from Costa Mesa, CA
This is the 4th one I bought since December. At first I was skeptical because I have never heard of Goldlantern. I had used Motorola's product and wasn't happy with it. I bought it due to the price, but didn't expect a high quality product. People was amazed how clear my voice is on the other end. I am happy with the product and bought 3 additional for present and everybody was satisfied with it as well. Great product for the money. Only problem was the programming of the phonebook is a bit confusing. Takes a few tries before getting used to it. Was this review helpful?

Excellent Bluetooth connectivity. Clear audio. 3.5 mm line output allows your cell phone to be used with your computer as a speakerphone. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 crystal clear Friday, January 02, 2009 Kristie from Greenville, SC
I bought this as a gift for my mother-in-law. My husband hooked it up for her and we tried it out. We were shocked at how clear it was. The radio was on at a decent level and the person on their cell phone on the other end could not even hear it due to the noise reduction. I think I will buy another for my mom. I definitely recommend this product. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Goldlantern G-Lite VisorTalk Bluetooth Hands-Free Saturday, December 13, 2008 A Customer from Skokie, IL
This is the best! I have another Jabra Bluetooth Speakerphone that costs more but this one blow it away. The voice is very clear & it is very easy to turn it on & off. The caller ID works great. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Great Hands Free Unit Friday, December 05, 2008 A Customer from Concord, CA
I purchased one for my 1997 Camero due to the CA law. I too had trouble with the clip for the sun visor (my visor is too thin & has vanity mirrors). I was lucky and found a place to slide the clip near a vent and works great. When leaving the car I can unclip the unit, toss it in the console so it will not be a visual clue for a car theft. Sound is great. Very clear. Since I have trouble with bluetooth ear pieces, this is a great solution for me. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Just got it and it's perfect Thursday, December 04, 2008 Greg from Charlotte, NC
I am fortunate enough to have a "company car" that has bluetooth from the factory and I came to really depend on it. So when I found this product for my personal car, I jumped at it. It performs great, easy to set up and use. Priced right as well, especially if you compare to the price of getting bluetooth in a new car! And it is portable, so changing cars is no problem. Same reason I did not want a factory GPS. Only thing I cannot figure out is how to dim the display at night, it is very bright. I have since purchased 2 more as gifts.

5 of 5 Get Some! Sunday, November 23, 2008 A Customer from Sarasota, FL
I purchased one for my wife and it worked beautifully, as advertised. My sons were visiting from the NE and loved it, so I bought two more for their Christmas presents.
We've tried ear pieces, etc all disappointing, but this is great and today my neighbor decided she wants one. Was this review helpful?

5 of 5 Safety at its Best Thursday, July 31, 2008 susankblair from White, Ga.
This works awesome and the clarity on both ends is excellent. It is very easy to use and keeps a charge for a long time. The digital read-out screen makes this better than the others. I like this better than my headset. Was this review helpful?
2 of 5 Road noise Tuesday, July 29, 2008 RJ from Houston, TX
Bought this item for my wife who drives a 2000 Mazda. It was very difficult for people on the receiving end of the call to hear her voice. I wish there was some sort of microphone sensitivity built into the thing because you just couldn't hear her talk. Wanted to return it but unfortunately buy.com has a 14 day return policy. Blah. 4 of 5 Good device - one disappointment Monday, June 23, 2008 A Customer from Bay Area, CA
The device works great. I am disappointed that the device only works with ONE Bluetooth phone at-a-time. I was hoping VisorTalk would function with my work phone AND my personal phone simulataneously - but it doesn't
...other than the device working with only one phone at-a-time, it's a good buy. Was this review helpful?
4 of 5 Pleased with my purchase Monday, May 05, 2008 A Customer from Houston, TX
I opted for the BT speakerphone rather than a chip in my car stereo. I have been very pleased with the sound level and it is fairly easy to use. The ability to beam my contacts and read who my incoming call is a great help since I am in sales and on the road much of the day. My only complaint is that the microphone seems to pick up more car noise than I expected and my Tahoe is very quiet inside. Aside from this, I would recommend this unit. Was this review helpful?

The GoldLantern MK20 is a very easy to setup and use hands-free car kit that allows you to quickly upload your phone book from almost any Bluetooth-enabled cell-phone and provides worry-free and simple to use functionality. Note that this unit clips onto the back of your window visor and turning it on is accomplished by pulling the panel with the display and microphone down (note the 'lip' at the bottom of the display), therefore it might not be optimal for certain applications where the visor is positioned too far away from the driver. Extremely satisfied with the exception that the noise-canceling function does not seem to work well at interstate highway speeds. Was this review helpful?

This product met my expectations. It was as advertised. The clip for the sun visor only fits thick (1/2") sun visors. Sometimes, my listner gets a little road vibration. Sound is great and so is clarity. Was this review helpful?
