Bought this for a gift. When I loaded pictures on it, was disappointed at first because they were somewhat faded without great resolution. The pictures were from an older camera, so I tried pictures from a much newer camera and not surprisingly the resolution was then basically fine. The frame went directly into a slide show once it had a card, which I liked since I'm not too good with complicated electronics. I didn't try any other functions, however I did find that the USB port is either not a standard size or defective since none of my devices (cord or flashdrive) fit. Was this review helpful?

This is absolutely the worst picture frame I have purchased.
I bought three different styles as Xmas gifts and this was the most expensive and the worst resolution.
They should take "Premium" out of the heading.
Unfortunately there were no reviews when I bought this one and now that I go online, I see 6 terrible reviews.
I am trying to return this now to Buy.com and they are giving me difficulty because it is out of the 14 days. It arrived after Xmas too even though I ordered it a week before Xmas.

Terrible picture quality: colors are faded like on old photo and images are very blurry. You will never be able to see image quality like shown in the item description (couple on picnic in flower meadow) or on the product packaging box.
The same 800x600 images looks way better when shown on my PC monitor (zoommed to comparable size of the picture frame screen). I should have looked at reviews before buying this. Product going back to buy.com today. Was this review helpful?

I had the same experience as a few of the reviews already listed here. The images are blurry; and I can't see any reason to settle for blurry images! Since I have now returned 1 and received the second one today, I can say without a doubt that the images are blurry. I have to add as a caveat that the packing was woefully minimal by Buy.com for a delicate piece of equipment like this, so I will be finding this frame at a retail store to see if the images are still blurry or if the item was damaged by inadequate packing! I reviewed this earlier but it must have gotten snagged for being too low. The product has really poor resolution- the picture is blurry. I would give it a zero if possible. I think you can find something comparible, like the Kodak, for less money and you will be very pleased. This product will not please you. In general, it is a low quality electronic. You just couldn't find a stand alone picture frame that displays pictures and a TV signal for under $200. This product does just that, and more. The resolution isn't the best, and the color looks different than what I see on my computer screen, but for the price I cannot complain too much. I bought this as a gift for my mom, then spent an hour setting up the pictures and hooking it up to her set top box in order to watch tv as well. The tv picture actually looks better than when viewing pictures. Some of the remote functions didn't seem to work, but it didn't cause too much frustration as all I got it for was for pics and tv video. If you are hoping to use it for all functions, ie. videos, tv, pics, mp3's, then you should reconsider your choices. For the money, this is just what we were hoping for. Was this review helpful?
