Editor's Note
This anime series follows Golion, a robot who uses his powers for evil, preying on creatures less powerful. After being caught, Golion pays the price for his crimes by being divided into five smaller robot lions. BEAST KING GOLION then jumps to 1999. As five young space voyagers return to Earth, they meet the alien race Galra, and retreat to the planet Altea, which is the same planet where the five mini-Golion robots are hibernating. Can they put Golion to good use to save what's left of humanity?
