i've had it for about 6 months and keep trying to love it to no avail. bought it because of the behind the ear style and positive reviews. needed to replace stock eargel at once with articulated replacement jabra eargel for the best fit. really comfy all day now. volume is excellent. the small button to answer/end calls is small, stiff, and not readily found. this one does not excel at voice recognition. this is important to me as i am on the road most of the day and depend on being handsfree. do i like it? yes. is it my favorite? no. my personal search for headset heaven is ongoing. There are 4 reasons that I bought this headset:
1. Jabra is a great brand (I used to have their older model and I never had any complaints)
2) The BT5020 works with 2 cell phones! (I have one for work and my personal cell phone; the headset switches between the two automatically and without complications)
3. Buy.com had an unbeatable price! (I am definitely a thrifty shopper and I couldn't find this headset cheaper anywhere.)
4. It doesn't make me look like Lt. Uhura from the original Star Trek series!
Sound quality is great! Both as you're listening to the person you are talking to as well as the person on the other side of the line can hear you clearly. (I confirmed by asking several different people after I got it.)

I thought this headset is really good. Range and quality is good, and the headset will uphold the 10 meter range. I do admit that there were times when it did not connect immediately between the phone and the headset, but once you press the talk button at the bottom, it will connect within half a minute. It fits perfectly on my ear and it's adjustable as well. Overall, it was a good buy considering that it was on sale at buy.com at the time I had purchased this headset. Was this review helpful?

This product fits well but lacks consistent performance. It disconnects frequently and is difficult to reconnect. Also you have to "play" with it to get it properly operating. Not a convenience while driving. I am not satisfied and don't recommend this model. Was this review helpful?
