I'm on my 6th build with the GA-G31M-ES2L and none have let me down. All six are mated with Intel Core 2 Duo e8400 processors and are being used in an office environment with their onboard video.
The onboard video is plenty capable for such a use and I admit to having played a few games on one of these without any shame.
I must say that for very inexpesive boards, they do have some fairily good overclocking capabilities, though they will not win any prices in that department.
So they are missing a few frills, but for the price, how good they work and easy they are to set up, I think they are great little gems.

Unfortunately this is the best microATX LGA775 motherboard I have found. BIOS is very flaky especially when using the Pentium Dual Core.
Motherboard runs DDR2 at 1.9V, but it can be lowered to 1.8V in Windows using Gigabyte software.
CPU voltages from 0.5V to 1.6V in BIOS. Requires BSEL mods. IGP performance is very weak and chipset is inefficient. No memory timing settings in BIOS.

Intel Pentium Dual Core E5200 + IGP:
12X320MHz = 3840MHz 1.520V Orthos 129W 58*C
Intel Core 2 Duo E7200 + Geforce 9600GSO:
9.5x446MHz = 4237MHz 1.536V Orthos 84*C w/ 119CFM fan
9.5x440MHz = 4180MHz 1.520V Orthos 220W 78*C
Undervolting E7200 w/ IGP:
