| | | Buddy Boyle lives year-round with his family in unfashionable Seaville, New York, in a cramped little house on the bay. Then he meets Skye Pennington, who spends the summers nearby on a lavish estate complete with ocean view and a butler named Peacock. Annotation: When Buddy Boyle falls in love with the rich Skye Pennington, he knows he's in over his head. After all, the son of a police detective doesn't have the same advantages as the wealthy. To impress Skye on their first date, Buddy takes her to his cultured grandfather's house--even though Buddy hasn't seen him since he was small. Soon Buddy starts staying with his grandfather, and eventually moves in--only to discover that his grandfather is the notorious SS guard, Gentlehands.
