    A Customer from Everett, WA  
    so I don't really know what the long term will be on this tablet. So far so good. No problems installing or anything. Granted, unless you are doing serious artwork, can't imagine what need you would have for a graphic tablet this large. Found a link for an update of some kind for XP users, but still haven't seen the need to download it yet.
