As far as using for normal computer functions I haven't had any trouble. It is very sensitive, and on some games, unless you are used to it, it can drive you nuts. I like that I only have to move my hand an inch or so in any direction to get across the screen. It is very comfortable and doesn't need a mouse pad.

Good little mouse for the price. I was using an optical gaming mouse before it went on the blink, and this mouse works just as well. The item shipped real fast too!
