This keyboard mouse combo is good looking and easy to setup, but the keyboard takes about 10-15 seconds to reconnect every time the computer is idle for a while. Also, the keyboard gets disconnected periodically and takes a few seconds to reconnect; this may be due to interference from cell phone signal as it happens mostly when I have my cell on my desk. Both the keyboard and mouse are easy to use out of the box. The instructions were easy to follow to install, set-up and work fine with my OX 10 MAC laptop. I use them at my base station in lieu of the laptop keyboard and mousepad, as it is easier, faster and more comfortable.
Some things I have observed is that the mouse always works fine, but does not indicate in the Bluetooth preferences that it is "paired" with the MAC, but it still works. The keyboard works fine when it is connected and paired, but therein lies the problem. I frequently have to reconnect and re"pair" the keyboard as it drops off from the Bluetooth. It seems to occur when the laptop has gone into a sleep session and I wake it up or when I return from a trip and re-dock the laptop. This is kind of an irritation, but easy to reset up.
