I bought these speakers thinking I got a good deal. When I was looking at which speakers to buy I thought "don't buy the cheaper ones cause they will break in less than a year." So I opted out of the speakers that were only 20 bucks thinking these would last at least two years. I bought these back in Aug of 08 at Target and they started shorting out in May of 09. Mainly, the right speaker fades in and out. I made sure all the wires were still plugged in, but these speakers point blank stink. PLEASE DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR DON'T BUY THESE GE SPEAKERS.
