People already know the wonders of this 885t. What I will tell you are things that's not so obvious.... Pros: ...1. Majority of menu can be voice activated ....2. Auto start music player and auto power start when power off and on.(This is important because you don't have to mess with the GPS everytime you start the car) ....Cons: ....1. No 3-D buildings or smoother refresh frame rate like the 755t (I don't know why they took this out) ...2. Certain voice activation can take a few steps to accomplish...not just one e-z step. Example, if you're at the "view map" area....you CAN'T say "find Walmart" and expect the gps to respond...you have to say "menu", then "Poi", then "name place" then "Walmart" in order for it to find walmart. ...3. Super hefty price tag. You can get 885t for around $600-$650 if you do your homework....but for this price your paying for the voice activation navigation. You can get a lower model with all the features minus the voice for half the price. This is just Garmin way of making money. ...4. Alot of softwares like new maps and extra features are not included out of the box. Expect to go online and do alot of updates. It took me over an hour to update all the latest softwares. ....5. MICRO SD...boo hoo...All the Sd cards I used from the older model is useless. I have to buy new cards to reload my music library.....again...what was Garmin thinking??. You have to be more careful when swapping the micro SD since they're so small as oppose to the regular SD card. ....Despite it downfalls...it is a great unit if voice navigation is your thing...if not go for the lower models with more advance features that this model lacks for half the price.
