I had checked several reviews of GPS units and was intending on buying a Garmin 255T until I saw some of the extra features on the 755T. Lifetime traffic and lane assist, I am not sure how useful the 3D buildings will be, we will have to see.
I haven't seen it show a screen like above with the freeway signs above lanes, but it has shown me which lane to be in on some screwy interchanges that are not labeled well.
The traffic feature will indicate Green, Yellow, or Red depending on how slow traffic is ahead, and you can click on it to see how bad each section of the road is ahead.
I have to update the map to the newest version, hopefully that will have recently updated interchanges in it, I was driving in mid air at one point because the preloaded map was from before the construction.
It easily reroutes anytime I have to, or choose to ignore its directions. This is my first GPS and I am pretty pleased so far.

This is my first GPS. I've had a couple of small issues with my new garmin since my purchase. The first being it wanted to go the wrong way around a roundabout, the speed limit displayed for the road I was on was not correct, I had difficulty making custom routes, and not all known establishments appear during the search. It does recalculate routes very quickly and I love the arrival time feature. I would suggest buying a different mount than the one that comes with the product because it has fallen off my window and dash every time.

I own several different GPS units, some old and one or two newer models, and I have finally figured out that Gamin products are the best working units around. My new 755t has a bunch of new features, and to name a few: In the bottom left corner it displays the speed limit of the road your on, and right next to it the speed your traveling. What a great feature, you really don't need to look at you car's speedometer anymore while using the Gamin. Next great feature is in the upper left corner it shows what lane you need to be for the next turn, long before you have make that decision. The 755 T comes with lifetime traffic update, and although I never really needed it on this trip, one time the traffic circle display turned from green to yellow and outlined the area of the road that might be running a little slow. The Gamin 755t is really fast at acquiring signals and re-calculates even faster than all of the older Gamin devices I have. It has a nice big display that is easy to read even in bright sunlight. There are several cousins to the 755t, a 765 and I think a 775 as well, one with Bluetooth to answer you cell phone, but I didn't need that feature on mine so I chose the 755t. Overall a great product, and Gamin gave one free map upgrade with the unit too.
