The FinePix J10 is available in Matte Black and Brushed Silver; and makes use of Fujifilm’s Picture Stabilization Technology to reduce blurry images that can be caused by camera shake or subject movement especially in low light settings. This is the perfect pocket camera, low priced and better than expected pictures and video. I bought this camera because I cannot pocket my Fujifilm S6000fd, and I am not satisfied with my cellphone pictures. I was very surprised to see this camera takes pictures almost as good as my S6000fd, which the S6000fd with the right settings can take pictures close to a DSLR. Only upon really close inspection blowing up the pictures on my screen do I notice less detail on the J10 as expected. I put the J10 through a benchmark of tests as I do with all my cameras. An outdoor picture on a sunny day of a brick building about 500 feet away, showed very little noise in the blue sky, low enough for any camera to be proud of. Indoor shots I use the manual setting and set the ISO to 200, this keeps indoor shots relatively noise free also. The video quality on this camera is also good but there is a hissing noise sssssss, but only noticeable in totally quiet video. Taking video of a room full of people or when there is any sound, the hissing is not noticed. I don't own a camcorder anymore, as I am satisfied with video from my cameras, one less thing to lug around. Overall, I can probably only improve upon maybe 10% of the pictures and video using my S6000fd. This is a huge statement for a camera this tiny and so low priced. I think a person can get away using this camera as their main camera and video camera.

This is my very first digital camera and I couldn't be happier! Very easy to use! It takes amazing pictures, the zoom is great, the quality and color is great...can't say enough great things about it. There are also settings for all different types of pictures like flowers close up, fireworks, beach, baby, night time, snow, you name it! It is also soo small and lightweight! If you need a camera for everyday use that is also inexpensive, this is the one!!! *Also, if you want to get a camera and you are technically challenged (like me) or maybe elderly or something and don't want a camera with a lot of fuss/settings/buttons to figure out, this one is so simple to use!

Good Value. The wrap on the battery overlapped enough to make the battery to tight in the small camera battery box in the camera. I had to remove enough of the wrap so there was no overlap area. Then the battery fit properly. The tripod is basic but functional.

Very good value. I have another Fuji camera so operation was very simple. The menu system works well. The camera fires up to ready very quickly. Photo quality is very good. For a pocket camera this is a good product.

great camera, especially for its price, excellent buy for my first camera, the camera was just a little thicker than i imagined, but that's my fault for not reading the specs on it, but its not a big deal, overall i'm very satisfied
