The shipment arrived quickly. It took only a few minutes to read the instructions, insert the provided foot pump, and get it ready for use. The included DVD provides a number of demonstrations of how you can use the BOSU to strengthen your balance muscles. I have been using it everyday over the past 2 weeks while watching television, and I already notice a difference in what I can do on the BOSU. The strengthening of balance muscles is becoming noticeable in everyday tasks as well -- especially where standing on one foot is required. It is a nice supplement to my fitness routine.

This product is really good for indoor training sessions. I got it as a gift for my girlfriend but found myself starting to work on it myself... The only con is that it's a little big to store - and deflating / inflating the air everytime might be a pain. Better check for storage room before you buy it.
