Graphics: Graphics aren't anything special, but they never claimed to be. It's cartoony enough to appeal to youngsters with enough detail in the fish to catch the attention of the older crowd. Gameplay: Gameplay is a lot of fun, more so if you opt to use the Wiimote/Nunchuck combo with the reeling hand motions. Using the buttons to reel in fish is easier and less tiring, but no where near as interactive and entertaining. Difficulty: Once you figure out the basic motions, it's pretty much the same throughout the game. Occasionally you'll get a fish that will put up a fight, but this is easily solved by not reeling in as often. Overall it's a game that's exactly like fishing. Fun, more fun with friends and family, and should only be done in spurts if you don't want to get bored with it. Was this review helpful?

This is a great fishing game with a degree of difficulity for children and adults alike. It is impressive in the way that it is set up. You have to reach a certain degree of difficulity in order to fish new places with new types of fish. You buy bait and rods with the points you earn catching the fish. As you move up, you buy additional rods and bait that are not offered at the lower levels. My family and I have played this game multiple hours and have great fun. Was this review helpful?

This is a very fun and slightly addictive game. The use of the WiiMote and Nunchuck are simply awesome. Using both in unison is gives you an extremely realistic fishing experience. The accuracy and feel of the controls is remarkable. You have to time your cast and release just right for the distance/location that you want. Reeling in the catch in single player mode is way cool. There are enough different baits, rods, locations, fish, objects (stumps, boots, cans), and people that the game is always interesting. The graphics of the fishing locations and the fish are great. There is even an encyclopedia of facts on the fish. The 4 player fishing action competing against my wife and kids is a lot of fun. We are competitive and it's fun trying to catch the most weight in fish. This is a great game and you won't be disappointed. Oh, and you don't have to have a Nunchuck with this game.
