I was excited about the full face label and slimline jewel case label capability. However, the software (MediaFace 4.01) was so unfriendly, I uninstalled it (BTW, there is no uninstall feature). I tried to 1. put multiple pictures on a CD label, 2. use curved text around the outside edge, 3. create slimline jewel case insert with multiple pictures (aligned), 4. and verticle text for the case edge. I finally got almost everything done after a long long time. I gave up on the verticle text because knowing how much it took just to get here, there is no way I will use this software for even 3 CD labels. I couldn't believe a commercial software for doing something this simple can be that bad. The software that came with CD Stomper was vastly superior. Don't waste your time.

Its hard to find things that are Mac friendly, this is one of them. They give you so many templates to use on a variety of programs, including photoshop. It makes my life so much easier to organize the digital file CDs in the studio that I work at.

This product did not work on my system (W2K with HP USB printer). Downloaded the free version from Neato and that worked perfect. The Applicator and labels are the only useful items in the box.

The data layer on a CD is actually on the top. By putting on a label, you're protecting the most delicate part of the CD. <p>Also, it makes your collection much more useful. I started labelling when I found it impossible to find anything in the midst of 100's of CDs labelled with a sharpie. Now that everything is neatly and precisely labelled, I can find things easily, even though my collection is now well over 1000 CDs. The 300 packs of labels are the only way to go; much much cheaper per label than the smaller packs. I burn through one about once a month.
