Summer is supposed to be the best eight weeks of the year, but not when your parents send you to Flappy Bob's Camp Learn-a-torium! Find out what happens when Timmy wishes kids called all the shots in this rockin' musical journey!It's the last day of school, and the kids of Dimmsdale eagerly await the start of those fun-filled months of Summer Vacation. But this summer the grownups of Dimmsdale are worried that their kids are getting too wild, so they call a town meeting to find a solution for their concerns. Enter Flappy Bob, the clown founder of Flappy Bob's Happy Peppy Learnatorium. Timmy and his friends are enrolled in Flappy Bob's school, and they immediately see all hope of a fun summer filled with swimming, bike riding, and other activities dwindling away. Timmy realizes he must find a way to bring fun back to summer, and it's all done through the magic of song.

At once clever, funny, and bizarre, Nickelodeon's popular animated television series THE FAIRLY ODDPARENTS is one of the rare cartoons that appeals to both children and adults alike. The series centers around the adventures of Timmy Turner (voiced by Tara Strong), a lonely 10-year-old who is given his own fairy godparents--the dimwitted Cosmo and the no-nonsense Wanda, who disguise themselves as goldfish--to navigate the trials and tribulations of childhood. The trouble is that Cosmo and Wanda's magic comes with a set of rules that inevitably result in complications, with often wacky results. Populating Timmy's world are his clueless parents Mr. and Mrs. Turner, evil babysitter Vicky, sadistic teacher Mr. Crocker, and his favorite superhero Crimson Chin (voiced by Jay Leno)--providing a surreal spin on standard coming-of-age comedy. In this special musical episode, rock & roll pandemonium erupts when Timmy is sent to a summer-school camp.
