5 of 5 ezSpace UFO 6-Outlet Surge Protector & Space-Savin Sunday, May 24, 2009 A Customer from Dahlonega, Ga.
This item isn't a game; it's a surge protector (apparently a classification problem on this Web site)--but it's a well-designed surge protector, and I do give it a rating of 5 out of 5 for function, design, and ease of use. It certainly carries out its function in less space than a flat surge suppressor with equally large plug areas would have to occupy. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Wrong category, Great product Tuesday, January 20, 2009 A Gamer from Washington, DC
Definitely a space-saving power strip that easily accomodates bulky AC cords that we've come to expect from cell phone charges, etc. I keep it under my bed because it isn't exactly "discrete" but it's a great product. Not sure why someone didn't think of this earlier... Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 A Great Idea - not just for games Tuesday, December 30, 2008 Arnold from Avondale, AZ
This was listed in Chris Null's blog as one of the year's best items and we agree. If you have a lot of bulky transformer plugs, this allows you to use just one power strip for six plugs. Highly recommend. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Cool surge protector Saturday, December 27, 2008 A Gamer from Bend, OR
I needed a surge protector in a smaller space than the usual long rectangular ones allow. This looked interesting, and it works fine and is just what I needed. I got some flack from people at work, but I bet they're just jealous! Not sure why it's in a game category for the review, but the price was great too. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 I Believe Friday, December 26, 2008 A Gamer from San Diego, Ca.
One of the best investments I have made!!! Ratings (sent with review) were for a video game not the UFO surge suppressor/outlet but I would still rate everything a 5. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 if the ezSpace UFO was a video game Tuesday, November 25, 2008 Alex from Redmond, WA
It'd be a platinum best-seller in no time. aside from buy.com mis-categorizing the review criteria--
My favorite ezSpace UFO design features:
- space for 6-full power bricks--great for geeks and older appliances that use large power adapters
- power switch on the under-side--prevents accidental step-on-power-downs
- 6" cord--great length for behind TV's and under desks
At the current sale price, there is no reason not to get 3 or 4. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Terrific 6-outlet Surge Protector Wednesday, September 10, 2008 Tracy from Los Angeles, CA
I recently purchased the ezSpace UFO 6-Outlet Surge Protector and space saving plug outlet. I use it in my home office because all of the bulky plugs from my computer, printer, telephone, etc. just wouldn't fit on my regular surge protector because they were too big. The UFO is perfectly designed to avoid that problem. Buy.com made it very easy, had the best price and gave me no hassles. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 works as advertised Wednesday, September 03, 2008 A Gamer from Spencerport, NY
This item does the job that it was advertised to do. I have several large transformers that are used in my computer setup. I needed to have a couple multi-plug extensions to handle them just because of their size. This product allowed me to eliminate one of them and make a more compact arrangement. 5 of 5 Good item Tuesday, August 05, 2008 Salim from Chincago, IL
The design is very useful. You can use all slots unlike the normal straight extension cord. Was this review helpful?
