2 of 5 Fun but watch the on/off switch Tuesday, January 27, 2009

This helicopter was easy to charge and use, and flew well even buy novice RC users. Unfortunely, there is a small switch that you need to turn off to charge the copter. This broke about half way through the second day, and whole thing was useless after that. It was fun for about 24 hours, but now it's trash. If you get this be very careful with the switch on the copter.

OK, these are very fun, pretty easy to use, and even easier to break. I mean, they are cheap plastic so... I have three... one broke within minutes as one of my kids flew it directly into a wall (will happen while learning). So we went outside... then my next kid flew it onto the roof. So my third kid went into his bedroom and hasn't brought it out since... I hear it still works after 2 weeks!

Great 5 minute joy ride with this thing then it developed a spinning cycle that could not be undone. Changed rotors, did the trim button, nothing helped. Very frustrating, but I do admit that for $21 my son played more with this than his $1800 imac.
