Wow! This is the third brand of GeForce 8800GTS card I've installed in Dell Inspiron 530 minitowers, and the only one that doesn't block any of the internal SATA ports. The cooling fan is nice and quiet, and the card's performance is terrific -- at most resolutions this card is every bit as fast as the 512MB versions. NOTE: Do NOT install Microsoft's updated generic drivers from Windows Update -- they will cause bluescreen crashes. The drivers on the CD and evga.com work fine.

This card was on sale plus I have the Rev. Card promotion. It made the deal irresistable (less than $50 after rebate and coupon). I used it with Athlon 64 3000+ processor (single core), ASUS K8V-VM motherboard, Samsung 245BW LCD and Cooler Master 750 Watt. It made my system runs more stable without increasing the temperature of the CPU (Idle 30 C, full load at 45 C and I use the stock fan and heatsink). The card was longer than my previous card, so it took a little bit of effort of installing. Driver installation was a breeze. I played Prince of Persia Two Thrones a lot and the 3D was much much smoother. There were delays on the 2D movies (I assume my processor can't keep up with the card). EVGA lifetime warranty made it a perfect deal so remember to register within 30 days of purchase.
