5 of 5 great performance for what it's worth Sunday, April 05, 2009 chris from philadelphia, pa
I just bought this item about a month ago since I needed a video card for pc games.
I didn't expect this item to be the top of the line that cost hundreds dollars.
but this one, to my surprise, has been performed great so far without any problems whatsoever.
maybe down the road, I'll switch to something better, but I absolutely recommend this product to any beginners-you won't be dissapointed! Was this review helpful?

5 of 5 Worked Perfectly Friday, February 20, 2009 Joe from Farmingville, NY
Plugged it into my PCI Express port, XP recognized it and installed it. No longer have the lag that I had with mobo onboard video and speed of computer seems to have improved. Great deal at 29.99 with a 10.00 rebate (which was quickly acknowledged by EVGA which advised by email that the rebate is being processed). I have had good experiences with EVGA/NVIDIA products before and this one is no exception. BUY.COM shipped quickly and free. Great deal. Was this review helpful?

5 of 5 Great Video Card at a Great Price! Monday, February 09, 2009 Scott H from Tampa, FL
I plugged it into my PCI Express port, installed the drivers from the CD, and it works great supporting the high resolution (1680x1050) of my 22" LCD Niko monitor (which I also got a great deal on from Buy.com). There was also a noticeable improvement in my PC's speed given that I was no longer using the VGA port connected to the motherboard which causes the PC to dedicate a certain amount of memory and processing power to support that on board video. Note that this model only requires a 250W power supply. I noticed that some higher end video cards require 350W or 400W power supplies which for me would have meant at least another $30-$40 just to upgrade the power supply. With the rebate this price ($19.99) can't be beat. I saw lesser EVGA models with less memory (256MB) for $44.99 at a local CompUSA store. Keep in mind that if you get a rebate at a local store you still pay taxes on the full retail price. With Buy.com there are no taxes (I believe for 49 of 50 states) and FREE BUDGET SHIPPING! Thanks Buy.com. Was this review helpful?
