Very good product for making your own patch cable. I couldn't find anything less than a 1000 ft at the big box hardware stores and this length was perfect for my needs without wasting money on extra left over cable. I read some negative reviews on this particular cable at another website claiming performance suffered for runs greater then 6ft. I just didn't find that to be the case as I successfully ran it nearly 100 ft. Also, for novices: This cable doesn't come with plugs at the end. You will need to buy RJ45 plugs and a RJ45 crimper and Google how to make your own patch cable. Was this review helpful?

I've done alot of cable pulling. Belkin by far has superior cable for easy installation.
Belkin cable is alot softer and flexible then alot of others.. easy to pull and throw without it twisting and knotting. Which is very important for correct installation of network infrastructure. Was this review helpful?
