It's a sure bet the party never ends at DJ Skribble's house, though his third set for the Essential series runs into a rut of driving, nondescript dance music with few lows and, surprisingly, few highs to balance it out. After beginning with a club remix of the club crossover of the year (Missy Elliott's "Get Ur Freak On"), Skribble ventures into dubbed-out trance with Danny Tenaglia's smoothed-out mix of "I Feel Loved" by Depeche Mode and a dreadful Underworld pastiche, "Brand New Day" by Mike Macaluso.
