what I like the most about the ergotron wall mount was every screw, washer, spacers are provided in the boxed shipment. All you need is some know how to do the install and your set. It does have a disadvantage when mounting your cables to the back of the flat tv even with the longest spacers but it really isn't all that impossible either. One needs another person in order to connect the cables before mounting it. So save your self some money on them way over priced models and get this one. I'm glad I did.

Oh the flat rate shipping is the only thing that took a bit longer than I had anticipated from buy.com No biggie though.
