This is an excellent stand and it's well-built. Like the previous users said, you will need an adjustable socket wrench in order to make things perfect. I'm using it for online trading and IT work. The height and tilt can be adjusted easily. It holds my 19 in ViewSonic monitors well. I plan to buy more.

This is a good product. It is able to hold two 19" Viewsonic monitors without any problems. The product is durable and well constructed. It comes with Allen wrenches but you will need to have both adjustable and socket wrenches in order to adjust the angles of the screens. I bought this for a multi-monitor setup for a stock trading system.
