    5 of 5 Good Deal- shipping cost a factor Tuesday, December 26, 2006

    Delivery was fast and product well packed. Shipping was expensive (I'm in CA). The printer/scanner/copier was easy to install. Very compact design fit my existing space. Printer fuction is slower to "react" to print command than my previous printer- but in all fairness my previous printer did not scan or copy! I am fully satisfied and would buy again.
