Album Notes and Credits

Notes & Personnel Info
Muze PNote Personnel: Aya (vocals); Mauser (guitars); Heinrich (bass instrument); Vaaver (drums).
Muze PNote Polish death metal begins and ends with Vader, which in turn is driven by the guitar pyrotechnics of Mauser. His side project, Unsun, is a melodic departure, however, built around the glorious, dramatic vocals of Aya, a metal songbird of the first order. Both her singing and the preponderance of glossy synthesizer textures give the music a theatrical lilt that places it light years away from Vader's brutal crunch. But Mauser's guitars still spring out of the mix to show their fangs when least expected. "Lost Innocence" is the perfect example of this balance of majesty and metal--synths and solos intertwined.

Professional Reviews

Kerrang (Magazine)
(p.50)
- "[A] streamlined record which is dark enough for the gothic euro, but sufficiently accessible that it could yield genuine radio hits."
