A classic Disney fairytale collides with modern-day New York City in a story about a fairytale princess from the past who is thrust into present-day by an evil queen. Soon after her arrival, Princess Giselle begins to change her views on life and love after meeting a handsome lawyer. The soundtrack to this heartwarming tale includes new songs from Amy Adams, Jon McLaughlin, and Carrie Underwood plus the film score.

For the soundtrack to Disney's fanciful 2007 live-action/animated movie, ENCHANTED, the filmmakers enlisted composer Alan Menken and lyricist Stephen Schwartz, best known for their playful work on the Broadway hit WICKED. While actors Amy Adams and James Marsden perform a handful of songs in classic Disney musical fashion, Carrie Underwood steals the show with her rapturous pop tune "Ever Ever After."

For those of you who have seen the move will appreciate this CD more than those who haven't. This is truly one of the most fun, most addictive Disney soundtrack ever. And that's saying a lot. The highlights are That's How You Know and So Close, but also look out for Carrie Underwood's Ever Ever After.
